Transaction Excludes Crestbridge Family Office Services, Confirms Company Statement
Yesterday, Gen II Fund Services, a North American fund administration business, acquired Crestbridge’s institutional businesses. However, Crestbridge Family Office Services (CFOS) clarified that it will remain unaffected by the transaction and will continue to function independently. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the transaction is expected to close after customary regulatory approvals.
CFOS, which provides private client, trust, and fiduciary services, emphasized that it will retain its private ownership and continue operating autonomously. Heather Tibbo, who established the family offices services group at Crestbridge a decade ago, will take on the role of CEO, and Paul Hunter will serve as the managing director.
