Travel to Vietnam

Vietnam has resumed the normal issuing of visas and the entry of foreign nationals to Vietnam. There is no requirement to provide COVID-19 public health documentation for the purpose of travel to Vietnam. No self-isolation is required. Incoming travelers need to follow the guideline from the Ministry of Health.

Mr. Puresh was educated in Mauritius and pursued his studies with a specialization in IT at the National University of Singapore. He became a licensed agent and an authorized representative of the citizenship by investment unit in Antigua & Barbuda. He is also a licensed marketing agent in neighboring St. Kitts and Nevis and in St. Lucia. He brings a vast amount of experience in the Caribbean real estate market. Having successfully partnered with several developers to develop numerous CBI real estate projects fully. Kevin’s vast experience in the investment migration industry has made him a frequent contributor, presenter, panelist, and workshop facilitator at global Immigration and Real Estate conferences. Zenabe Daman

Ms. Zenabe Daman has over 15 years of experience in leadership, strategy and innovation across the non-banking financial services field. As the deputy CEO, she is responsible for operational excellence at the FSA by helping to drive the FSA’s strategic mission through the direct oversight and monitoring of deliverables of the technical enforcement and authorisation departments of the FSA. This includes the Capital Market, Insurance, gambling, Fiduciaries and Trade Zone. She also engages actively with external bodies, stakeholders and investors on strategic issues as well as working fervently towards the further development of the FSA’s policy framework.

With the added responsibility of assisting and supporting the CEO of the FSA with the performance of his duties, Ms. Daman represents the FSA as and when required on strategic initiatives with government entities, other regulatory bodies and professional industry setting standard organisations. She is also an appointed board member of the Seychelles Revenue Commission. Until recently she has also fulfilled the role of the secretary to the board of the FSA, overseeing the Board Secretarial function, ensuring the effective management of the affairs of the Board and its committees.

Previously, Ms. Daman headed the compliance function as Director of a licensed regulated Trust and companies registered agent and also fulfilled leadership and compliance role within a securities dealer/ forex trading company, ensuring efficient Control and management of the company.

Ms. Daman achieved a graduate Degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, UK. She is also a TEP member of the Society of Trust and Estate practitioners (STEP).

Philippe May

The Honourable Philippe A. May is the Swiss-Singaporean founder of EC Holdings. He is a qualified Associate Financial Planner (AFPTM) and a member of the Global Investor Immigration Council and the Financial Planner Association of Singapore. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and an Executive Diploma in International Diplomatic Law for Honorary Consuls from UNITAR, Geneva, Switzerland, Philippe has extensive experience in Diplomacy, Private Banking, Insurance, and Residence and Citizenship Planning.

After completing his high school education and national service in the Swiss army as an infantryman, Philippe began his career at the Swiss Stock Exchange SIX in Zurich. He then worked for Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas in Zurich, Switzerland, and later as Vice President for EFG Bank in Singapore. From 2016-2021, he was the Head of Asia-Pacific of the investor migration advisory firm Arton Capital. Philippe has been featured in various financial industry media including Bloomberg, BBC, CNN, and the Daily Telegraph. He is also a Robb Report Singapore Thought Leader and a member of the Global Investor Immigration Council, the International Institute for Strategic Studies, and the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. He has been a speaker and panelist for various investor migration and financial industry conferences.

Philippe has been a citizen of Singapore since 2008 and he has been accredited as the Honorary Consul of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to Singapore since 2011 (www.mfa.gov.sg). Philippe speaks Chinese, English, French, German and Spanish. He is the founder of a cigar club, an avid ornithologist, a hiker, and a reader of classical literature.

Mesepa Tapuitea Lafaialii is the Chief Manager for the Business Development Division at Samoa International Finance Authority (SIFA). She is responsible for marketing and promoting Samoa’s international financial services under SIFA’s new Marketing Company “Samoa International Business Finance Centre Ltd. (Samoa IBFC)”.

Mesepa has over 10 years of experience in international financial services having worked as a legal officer in the registration, and compliance legal division before headlining the marketing and business development division of SIFA.

Mesepa has participated and presented in the Asia Outbound Summit since 2013 and has presented on behalf of SIFA at numerous international workshops and conferences. Having worked in all areas within SIFA, Mesepa’s business solutions and knowledge of the market demands in Samoa have allowed her to build networks with existing business partners and develop business relationships. Later he expanded his expertise to work with EB-5 clients in China, Vietnam, Korea, India, Taiwan, and various European countries. Throughout his career, Bart has played a pivotal role in advising hundreds of EB-5 clients as well as structuring and conducting due diligence on a large number of investment projects. He has successfully managed and supported a network of over 100 immigration agencies and advisors across Asia.

Bart’s contribution to the EB-5 industry is noteworthy, as he was instrumental in fundraising nearly $1.5 billion for a diverse range of real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects throughout the United States. His extensive experience, coupled with a background in finance and EB-5 program compliance, has made him an expert in successfully achieving immigration and investment goals through the EB-5 program.
