Tax Planning Immigration by Investment Wealth Protection and Succession Offshore Investment

About

Setting The Stage

As domestic challenges grow, American families, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) increasingly seek opportunities beyond U.S. borders. Rising political polarization, heightened taxation, ongoing concerns over gun violence, and the aftermath of landmark changes such as the overturning of Roe v. Wade have reshaped perceptions of the American Dream. Economic pressures, alongside a shifting global tax landscape driven by OECD initiatives like the Global Minimum Tax, have further fueled this movement.

The Outbound Investment USA Summit is a premier platform designed to bridge the gap between HNWIs and their advisors with leading international providers. It offers unparalleled insights into investment migration, global real estate opportunities, tax optimization strategies, and advanced wealth planning services, tailored to those who prioritize global mobility and financial security. This summit caters to those looking for freedoms—personal, economic, and political—that align with their evolving aspirations.

TESTIMONIALS

Why the USA?

Why You Should Attend the Outbound Investment USA Summit 2025

  • US Renunciation Fees to be Reduced: Recent updates indicate that the U.S. State Department plans to reduce the renunciation fee from $2,350 to $450. This fee reduction aims to address criticisms of its high cost as a barrier for Americans living abroad. A final rule on this proposal is anticipated soon, with implementation possibly occurring in September 2024. This adjustment could drive increased demand for expatriation services and global investment planning. (The American Magazine, Americans Overseas)

  • Tax Obligations and Worldwide Income: The United States enforces citizenship-based taxation, requiring its citizens to pay taxes on their global income regardless of residence. This has intensified the demand for tax planning and wealth protection services among expatriates, especially given ongoing debates around simplifying these tax laws. (Americans Overseas)

  • Increase in Wealth Mobility Post-SCOTUS Rulings: Recent Supreme Court rulings on social and political issues have contributed to a surge in interest in residency and citizenship-by-investment programs among affluent Americans. Political polarization and personal safety concerns are significant drivers of this trend. (Forbes)

  • Largest Population of Millionaires: The United States maintains the largest millionaire population globally, with over 22 million individuals. This wealthy demographic represents a critical market for investment migration programs, real estate ventures, and financial services tailored to affluent clients. (Forbes)

  • Smart Capital Leads the Way: High-net-worth individuals continue to lead the demand for global mobility solutions, with a trend towards expanding such services to the mass affluent segment. This presents an opportunity for providers of financial planning and citizenship solutions. (Americans Overseas, Forbes)
